At Superline, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in unworn, brand-new condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your receipt to track the return status until it reaches our warehouse.
